NECKLACE / SIZE GUIDE
To be sure of your size, measure around the base of your neck using a tape measure. Up to 34 cm (13,5 inches) you have a STANDARD size; larger then 34 your necklace must be custom-made. The cost for this extra service varies between 15 and 25€, depending on the length needed. Please let Rossana have your size and she'll tell you the exact cost.
If it can be of help to you for the sizing, the model has a neck circumference of 34 cm, the same as the dummy's neck (picture available in the details of each creation).

If you would like a certain colour that you cannot see on the website, or for any other personalised request, please contact Rossana and she will do her utmost to help you!
DELIVERY TIME
All items are handmade to order and will be ready to be sent within 10 working days (after having received confirmation of payment).
NECKLACE / CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Leather is a precious, natural material, which can be sensitive to perfumes and varnishes. To protect your necklace it is best to avoid spraying directly on it!
POSSIBLE REPAIRS
On the rare chance that your necklace were to break, keep the beads and contact Rossana straight away. It can be repaired!
The service is complimentary: you would only have to cover the shipping costs
SPECIAL SERVICES: REPLACEMENT OF LEATHER PART
If you would like to replace the leather part of your old necklace with a brand-new one, we can do it! The cost for this service is only 35€ (shipping cost not included).
VEGETABLE ALTERNATIVE TO LEATHER
Have you spotted a model on the website but would like to replace the leather part with a plant-based material? Write to Rossana info@rossanafani.com who will present you a small range of alternative materials.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact Rossana immediately!
You can return your purchase within 14 days of its receipt by REGISTERED MAIL (so that can be tracked), as long as it is undamaged and unworn.
You can choose to exchange it for another product or you can be refunded as soon as we receive the returned item (with the same payment method by which you paid).
Shopping costs for returns are NON-refundable.
